Are your blends 100% organic?

Elevate, Balance, and Digest are all made with 100% certified organic ingredients. All ingredients in Nourish are certified organic except for the Hydrilla Verticillata - which is an algae that is not yet available from a certified organic farm. However, we test each batch of Nourish for heavy metals, gluten and pesticides to ensure quality + purity.

Are your products made with natural extracts or synthetic ingredients?

Neither - we utilize whole herbs in powder form, rather than strong herbal extracts or ingredients made in a lab.

Do your supplements contain any fillers?

Nope - we don't use any extra ingredients like flow agents or excipients. Just whole herbal powder in an organic pulullan capsule.

How are your products manufactured?

Our blends are crafted in Los Angeles, California in a GMP certified, FDA compliant facility.

Are your products third party tested for purity?

Yes - we test each batch of herbal blends for heavy metals, mold, gluten and pesticides.

Who can take Terreia blends?

Our blends can benefit everyone, but our products are not indended for children under the age of 14.

Do I have to take all 4 products?

We thoughtfully formulated our blends to work together as a foundation for overall health, but they certainly have their benefits individually, as well. If you want to start with just (1) blend, we recommend starting with Nourish. Add in Balance for additional stress support, Elevate for detoxification support, and Digest for digestion support.

How big are the capsules?

Our capsules are "00" size. This is a common, standard size in the supplement industry.

How do I take Terreia blends?

Look for the instructions on each bottle for dosage recommendations. We recommend taking Nourish & Elevate in the morning, Balance in the morning or early afternoon, and Digest in the evening right before bed. If you don't want to swallow capsules, you can simply open the capsule up and pour the powder into water, juice or a smoothie.

When will I notice a difference?

We recommend taking our blends for at least 1 month to see their full potential. Our customers have reported increased energy levels, improved mental clarity, and consistent digestion within a week of introducing our blends to their daily routines.*

Will I notice any side effects?

We utilize nutrient dense algae in Nourish + Elevate. These powerful ingredients are great detoxifiers, so jumping into a full 3-capsule dose may result in a slight headache or reduced energy levels. Follow the dosage instructions on the bottle to avoid unwanted detox symptoms.*

Do I still need other supplements?

Terreia blends work together to act as a great foundation for overall health in a modern world. That being said, everyone is different. None of our blends are standardized multivitamins, so even though they do provide some nutrients, you may choose to take additional vitamins and minerals with our blends. We always recommend supporting gut health with a high quality, plant-based probiotic in addition to Terreia blends.*

Can I take Terreia blends while pregnant?

There are some herbal ingredients in our blends that may not be safe to take during pregnancy. Consult your medical professional before taking any of our blends.

Can I take Terreia blends while consuming alcohol?

While there is no known interaction, we don't recommend taking our blends with alcohol.

Will Terreia blends interact with medications?

We are not aware of any specific interactions, but there are some herbs that should not be combined with certain medications. Consult your medical professional before taking any of our blends.

    Shipping is calculated based on location & order size at checkout. Orders generally ship within 1 business day, and delivery time varies based on your location. We cover carbon neutral shipping costs for all orders.

  • what is your return policy?

    We are not currently able to accept any returns on products that have been opened and used. If your product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging, you can contact us to start a return. Please reach out to us if your order arrives damaged, so we can promptly replace it for you.
